Photo & video.

The world.

A reference collage for the evolved brand: editorial portraiture, type specimens, plant life, and the full timeline of the people Perelel serves. It sets the tonal target the rest of the system pulls toward.

Perelel World mood board: a collage of editorial photography, type specimens, color studies, and lifestyle imagery defining the evolved brand world.

Documentary, not staged. Inspirational, not aspirational.

Perelel customers are at moments in life that don’t reward fantasy: trying, expecting, recovering, raising, shifting. The brand answers with imagery that looks like their kitchen, their hand, their morning. Skin is skin. Rooms have things in them. Product sits on the same surfaces the woman does. Across every module the through-line is the same: real, present, unpolished in the best way.

01

Internal team.

03

Self + World

The frame Perelel works in holds two things at once: Self, the woman herself, observed, present, unpolished, and World, the texture of her life, her family, her routine, her objects.

Six Modules

Life-stage mapping

Six life stages structure Perelel’s imagery. Each stage carries a color from the brand system, a wayfinding signal for the page, nav, or swatch card, not a directive for the image itself.

What to Avoid

  • Wellness clichéNo yoga-pose pregnancy belly cradle, no green-juice flat-lays, no sunset silhouettes, no toes-in-bathwater.
  • Over-retouched skinPores, lines, hair, hands: preserved.
  • Lab-coat performanceNo actors-in-white-coats, no microscopes-as-prop.
  • Stock-feeling lifestyleNo model-cast "women drinking glass tumblers at golden hour."
  • Synthetic gradeNo pushed cinematic color grade, the look that warms skin to orange and cools shadows to teal. Common in pharma ads and tech branding; reads manufactured.
  • The Jenni Kayne InheritancePapery textures, muted neutrals, "tasteful restraint" as a default.
  • Logos on wardrobeBrand-aligned wardrobe in her own register; no other brands’ marks in our frame.
