Rolodex.
A directory of the external resources team members reach for alongside the design system. Dropbox folders, Google Sheets, Klaviyo, Shopify admin, partner contacts — anything that lives outside the rigid system but is part of the working setup. Each card carries a description, a point person, and one or more links.
How to use this page.
Scan the cards. Each one names a resource, the person who owns it, and the link(s) to get there. Click a card to open the full detail, including every URL it carries.
Click any category in the bar to narrow the grid. Categories cover the kinds of things teams reach for: photography, files, templates, docs, tools, team contacts.
Tap the dashed + Add card tile to register a new resource. Open any card to edit fields, add another URL, or change the point person. Drag in reorder mode to set the display order.
Open any card → Edit to change a description, swap a contact, or add another URL. Use the dashed + tile to register a new resource. Drag in Reorder cards mode to set the display order. Every change saves to the team immediately.
Tap + Add note on any card to log a one-off — a vendor exception, an access caveat, a last-known status. Notes save to the team (live). Export to back up the full set as JSON.
Categories, at a glance.
Every card is tagged with one category. Click a band to filter the grid; click the same band again (or press Esc) to clear.
